Timeline specifics for peer review - when to close a review due to non response

HI Everyone,
I think that we need to establish some basic timeline criteria for reviews that will allow us to close a review when an author becomes unresponsive. This also would be good criteria for an author to know about so that they do not submit during a time when they can’t make changes following review feedback. This is the language that we have currently in our guidebook

https://www.pyopensci.org/contributing-guide/open-source-software-peer-review/intro.html?highlight=timeline

it suggests a 2 week turn around in response however what about the actual code change turn around? How long should we allow for code changes to happen (they could be larger sometimes).

Please let me know what you think.
